Reading your score

0-100 score (sum of 5 items scored 0-4 / 20 x 100). Higher = better sleep. No validated thresholds - interpret with caution.

Important. These questionnaires are provided for education and self-tracking. A score is not a diagnosis and does not replace advice from a doctor or physiotherapist. Seek urgent care for a knee that is hot, red and swollen, follows a significant injury, or will not bear weight.
